according to the Ebay ad you have trying to sell the car. GreenBank QLD

head deck maynot be wired to Acc and main, or its a bad earth.
guage lights turn on and off. thats an issue with the wiring behind the headlight switch getting old and having bad contact. put some pressure on the wires will sort that.

Sounds like a random earth or loose connector problem, and the headlight maybe the controller relay (they can get water in them).

Anyone got other suggestions? Where are you located?

I need a auto elecy to have a look at my mr2. There's a few problems with the wiring
- head deck turns on and off
- headlight won't open
- gauge lights turn on and off
I just want some one to have a general look for me may be a simple fix

Any recommendations for electricians
