(Reddtarga)</title><description>&lt;blockquote class="quote"&gt;&lt;span class="original"&gt;AMF&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;Mmm...&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I'm leaning towards a turbo for sure.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I'm perplexed about the Bathurst...&lt;br&gt;It was apparently the base model, but nowadays they're approx. $4000+ more expensive than most others...&lt;br&gt;What's so special about them now? &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;(Besides the "Bragging" rights to say - "I own a car made for Bathurst")&lt;br&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br&gt;Simple really.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;b&gt;By far&lt;/b&gt; the most common SW20 you will find is the '90 model that had the Gen2 motor.&lt;br/&gt;Bathurst models were &lt;b&gt;later models&lt;/b&gt; ('94 on)&amp;nbsp; so probably don't have as many k's.&lt;br/&gt;But the main reason could be that they had the improved Gen 3 improved motor.&lt;br/&gt;They were also lighter and go harder.&lt;br/&gt;It may help if you do a bit of Googling to find out more.&lt;br/&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br/&gt;</description><link>https://www.classic-ford.org/mr2/mr2play/FindPost/94021</link><pubDate>Wed, 15 May 2013 19:08:26 GMT</pubDate></item><item><title>Re: HELP - Your hard earned experience, knowledge, wisdom and advice please! (chase_d)</title><description>If I was in your boat and had to choose...&lt;br/&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br/&gt;I would go for a 92+ with bigger brakes&lt;br/&gt;Tin Top if you can find one&lt;br/&gt;Turbo or NA come down to personal preference, drive both and come to your own conclusion - I think if both have been maintained and not abused they would be equally as reliable. (dylmrt)</title><description>And at the track are you a "I just liek to take my car to the track to enjoy it" or a "i need to get around wakefield in under 1.05 seconds!!!" type person?&lt;br/&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br/&gt;IF the former, an NA would do fine. its fun and its reliable.
