Damn that sucks bro but I do remember asking how the hell you got that exemption since VIC rules are similar so I guess they hadn't actually processed it til now lol. With the 130kw/t rule (VIC) you are over by 4kw assuming 168kw/1.250t :/ plus its a 2 seater sports car but could prob get away with a Chaser/Mark II

Anyways if you can afford it do what these guys are suggesting. Otherwise we'll see ya in a few months when you come crawling back ;)

I drove mine for a while without an exh wheel on the turbo and I tell ya it was doey, you will not enjoy it and will wunna sell it more! There is a thread on IMOC about doing this,

Seller claims it is for a 3sgte. Looks like a cross between a turbo manifold and an NA one which might work well for you if are going to remove the turbo for a while. Just get a short bit of exhaust made to go between the outlet on the manifold above and your factory B pipe. Easy as!

Excellent idea B24. This should be quite easy to do.
Block the oil feed and return.
Loop the coolant lines to the turbo.
NA ex manifold
Adapt the intake plumbing easily

Why not take off the turbo, fit a standard NA exhaust manifold. Disconnect the intercooler then fit a standard intake system.12months later, put it back on. Just a thought. Otherwise, best of luck with the sale
