I know it's not Brisbane, but there's a mean mk1.5 AW11 for sale in Darwin. With a $10k budget you would have plenty to ship it down and get it into a pretty shmick state.

Alternatively you can buy my dishevelled 85 mk1a on the cheap and I'll buy the mk1.5 !
