in my experience, the kinugawa turbos are the best made of the ebay turbos. they still dont have the quality control or quality of manufacture of a garrett, borg warner etc, but they arent horrible. I have fitted quite a few of their td06 turbos to 180sx etc and they have done the job.

A google search seems to say good things about Kinugawa, what thoughts do you guys have? Anything to do with turbos and some brand I don't know on ebay is sus to me. But maybe this is ok I dunno?
