However, I have sitting around somewhere the extended slave cylinder push rod which, when I find it will install and see if thats any better.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br/&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br/&gt;I am running an RPS sprung 6 puck clutch with alloy flywheel, all new though..&lt;br/&gt;</description><link>https://www.classic-ford.org/mr2/mr2play/FindPost/91092</link><pubDate>Sat, 23 Mar 2013 21:08:17 GMT</pubDate></item><item><title>ATS 6 puck unsprung &amp; lightened flywheel problem (zvargulis)</title><description>I have just finished putting a ats 6puck unsprung clutch in and a light weight flywheel, i have a problem where the clutch will not disengage.&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt; I know i installed everything correctly, 99% sure because i triple check everything.&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt; With the engine off i can cycle through all gears,&lt;br&gt; With the engine on i cannot select a gear,&lt;br&gt; I can start the car in gear and it takes off.&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt; Does anyone know if you have to adjust the pivot under the release fork?&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt; I used the throwout bearing that was supplied with the clutch kit, the clutch plate is around the right way.&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt; The flywheel in a 2nd hand though machined chromoly lightened flyweel purchase from road and track&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt; there is a little squeak when i push the clutch pedal (noise comes from engine bay, i can see and feel the slave piston push the fork. The slave has no play in it and is installed correctly.&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt; I am going to try and adjust the pedal tomorrow but if not i guess i have to pull the gearbox.&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt; any ideas anyone?&lt;br&gt; Cheers.&lt;br/&gt;</description><link>https://www.classic-ford.org/mr2/mr2play/FindPost/91089</link><pubDate>Sat, 23 Mar 2013 20:53:38 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
