Haha, from MadPSI! I was one of the first to pre-order. It was a long wait for it to be ready but definitely worth it! I could put up some more pics of it if anyone is interested.

After much delay and slacking on my behalf I've finally made a start on this! The centre panel has been cut an the lights are in. I need to have the centre panel molded to cover up the parts I cut to make it fit and i have to wire in the reverse lights which will be LED's mounted on the grill over the exhaust.

Slim line LED's are definitely the way to go if I decide to mount them on the grille. I think moulding/glassing the centre panel is a must, the hacked up look is what I want to avoid! When I have the time I'm going to have a chat with my bodyworks guy and see what needs to be done to get it looking good.

id be very interested to see how thing pans out.
ive been wanting to do the same for a while
if you are going ahead the lights in the panel looks the best and OEM looking as well.
if your glassing the corners make a mould or similar if possible id def be interested in making use of it .
another option is if you have the rear metal grille is to mount the reverse lights on those, those new LED slimline ones would be ideal.

The reflectors are required by law so unfortunately its not an option. Your probably right about them not looking as good close up, and I'm thinking the less cutting I have to do to the panel the better.

You can replace the red reflector in the tail light and replace it with a reverse light... I'm not sure on the legalities of this though.

The lights in the center panel looks good from a distance but I'd imagine up close it wouldn't be good.

So I've got myself a pair of Kouki tails and I'm going to fit them with the Zenki centre panel. This will require a little cutting to fit and some glassing to get a flush OEM look, but its really not too complicated.

Obviously there is no provision for reverse lights in the Zenki centre panel, and I've come across two options to fix this so far. The first is to cut the centre panel and fit reverse lights in a similar position as they would be in the Kouki panel which you can see here - Reverse Lights in Panel

The second option is to extend the wiring and relocate the reverse lights under the bumper as in the attached image. Check out the light blue car for the look and fitment I'm going for.

So which solution do you all prefer? (I'd do a poll but I've got no idea how haha)
