Pistons and all remaining parts to finish the end build (minus the caldina/beams pump I have to get from toyota) are on order. looking at another 4-6 weeks for pistons. Hoping engine will be built and ready to go in 8-10 weeks. Please contact me if interested. I'll update the thread once its all complete.

Sent MVP email last night regarding final components for this engine including pistons. My intent is to run 9.5:1 compression ratio. This will be accurate, I have measured CC volume, HG bore, deck height (hard without pistons but used the compression height I am specifying). This will allow the engine to be operable with 98 octane but also reap some better benefits if run on E85. If there is anyone out there with serious interest and would prefer different CR let me know now, can also discuss complete assembled ready to fit price.

MVP haven't got back to me yet, hah, probably going to ignore me as I want to cash in my store credit.

Right, starting to get time again, going to order custom slugs and the few other components I need to complete the engine very soon, spend my store credit before MVP forget I exist.

Its not only the 'coin' that's gone into it but the countless hours of research and consideration too.

For sure, but selling it complete may be easier - that and if its complete and sold - its completely gone.

Couldn't imagine how annoying/frustrating it would be to have half a a well thought out engine going to waste, that while knowing the other half is on an inferior motor.

Sorry for not responding to this. I would recommend this engine for turbo selection of GT30 range or larger. Someone preferably wanting to make 400-450+whp though I built the engine and the accessories I was attaching to it to handle 900whp+. My goal was a reasonably safe 700whp. I could not see this performing any worse at low RPM usage then my previous engine which wasn't that bad at all, notably better then a standard 3S due to the extra capacity. The head is an inherently better design for low range torque on this engine also.

Engine and parts currently still here. I am thinking I'll have to build it and sell it as a unit. This really is an absolute steal if you know the amount of coin that has gone into it.

It sounds pretty epic.

I think your best bet would be to build it and sell it complete. Then some numpty like myself can deal with it - if i bought the components... thats the way they'd remain.
