And I do have the trumpet peice I found in the car after I took that photo, but not the other pieces. Thanks again.

Re:BOV (Mrskylighter)

Okay so your model is a GFB hybrid bov. The instructions below explain how to change it between three different modes.
http://www.gfb.com.au/installation-instructions/19?phpMyAdmin=RBQugAFzLCmUlmOtScQ3KwYIBe3

Find a plug at a hardware store and screw it in. Done!
Re:BOV (Mrskylighter)

That should be the case. It most likely should have a trumpet looking bit screwed into it which is missing.
Some of the dual port bovs come with a threaded cap you can screw in.
What brand is it? Looks like it might be an old turbosmart one of something?

The pic below of recent Turbosmart model shows the trumpet for partial atmo venting and plumb back or you fit the plug and have it 100% plumb back.

Re:BOV (Ant1)

Yeah it does have thread. So if I plug that whole it will release into the intake right?

Re:BOV (Mrskylighter)

hard to see from the pic.
It is obviously already plumbed back to the intake but does it have an exposed hole facing the inlet manifold?
If it does is the hole threaded? Maybe you could plug it somehow?

Or the other idea is to remove it completely for engineering. Plug both the IC pipe and the intake where it plumbs back to.
BOV (Ant1)

So took my car in for the engineering certificate today and the blow off valve has to be a plumback one. Is this blow off valve both atmosphere and plumback? If so how do I make it plumback? Tighten the rolling thing in the whole with my finger?

Need to know by tomorrow before the blue slip runs out and I have to pay for that again, so any help will be great.
