Caliper & MC reconditioning options in Western Sydney? (esskay)

Hey guys, since my Adub is going to be off the road for a while, I figured I'd get the brakes fixed up since they don't seem to have been touched in 26 years.

Does anyone have any recommendations/ people they've used before for brake work? Preferably in the Parra/Western Sydney area? And maybe an idea on cost...
