Pho Hung was actually closed that night to my despair since it was Chinese New Year but the one next to it wasn't too bad. Ended up going with Ken and some mates of mine who knew Mt Dandy roads quite well and where the cops hide/bust you. We basically did a BMI touge uphill and downhill at the Basin which was quite..erm...spirited lol. Then chilled/saw the view from a place they call "black rocks" somewhere behind Skyhigh
I've been to the Healsville and Kinglake area few years back, great drive but I've got no idea how to get there lol. But yes I saw the news about camo-ed cops I'm sure we can still have good runs as long as we keep an eye on speedo hehe. (idea for next cruise)

hey mate, you should definitely go for a cruise up round kinglake if you're looking for a good spot there is some amazing roads up there, hairpin after hairpin, so much fun:)

I suppose many on here saw on the news recently, about police dressed in army type camouflage gear hiding in the bushes with radar guns.
The footage looked exactly like the roads around the Black Spur.
Just thought I'd mention it, lol.

Hey guys I'm going for a cruise tonight, it'll prob be in the South Eastern area, most likely Mt Dandy since I don't know any other routes lol (feel free to shout out better roads)
Also gonna have dinner at 7:00 Pho Hung in Springvale. Here's the address to the Pho:

Haven't decided on meeting point since I'll have to wait for some RSVPs for a good mutual meeting point. But most likely leaving around 8:30-9:00.
