94+ would be for gen 3
Forget the local parts shop!!
Go to the Toyodiy website and get the correct Toyota part number for your model and then do a Google search to find out who sells it.

Hey so I have a 92 jap import 3sgte and the engine temp sensor has gone bad and the local parts shop has a listing for one but the date only starts at 94. So I just wanted to check if its the same. The threads of the one listed is 16 x 1.5
