I have one. The iscv, tps and throttle wheel all connect up fine. Only thing im not sure about is the bracket that holds the cable.

Does anyone have a gen 3 (60mm) 3S-GTE throttle body that I can buy, in good condition?

While I'm on the topic, are any/all of the throttle body attachments (TPS, ISCV, TB cable wheel) interchangeable between the gen 2 and gen 3 throttle bodies?
