Hi not sure if this helps but I have most of the components for the tool kit minus the bag (I used it for something else). It has the jack, winder extension,sparkplug tube, tubing for purging the radiator and a few other bits.
They are out of my AW11 that my wife shortened both ends.
The down side is I am in Brisbane.
I also have the owners manual and a complete rear bumper in good condition.
