Wanted ... MR2 Trackday Challenge video snippets.
B24 and I are keen to knock up some video highlights from the event (since no professionals jumped at the opportunity :-), so would really love to get hold of any short clips featuring cool action, passing & following of other cars, noise, slides, basically anything that you would want to see in such a vid. Suggest sharing to me via dropbox, sugar sync, google drive etc (short clips of the good bits, not massive files of everything). PM me if you can help.

Hey all,
No joy from Motive DVD or Mighty Car Mods - former are booked elsewhere, and latter no response.
So will have a crack at some diy video & editing, hope to collect a copy of any footage you guys can shoot while there also. I'll bring a big hard drive and laptop.
Grabbed a couple of other cams from some mates so should be able to hook up some drivers who don't have one. If anyone else is keen to try their hand at a bit of editing just sing out.

Sound great. There was mention when first discussing the trackday that some of the magazines would do a few pages on an event if more than 10 cars from a club. Although this is not a club meet, it is still an MR2 meet with mainly MR2's and Toyota's which shoudl qualify the event for Fast Fours or the likes. We should chase this up too. AS we are using track which is rarely used and not at all in one location, it should be worthy of recognition.
I will make a few calls and see what can be done. Stuka may be able to help or anyone who has enjoyed a write up in the last year or two.
