What a fantastic weekend of racing. It was the best enduro I have experienced outside of LeMans 24hr in 2004.
Also great to catch up with the Victorian guys even though it was brief. It would have been great to chat more, but my crew were under the weather and keen to get some sleep before the race the following morning.

So how many MR2's are there? Can we make the numbers to do the parade lap? I will tow mine up to make the numbers as the reliability issue will be sorted in a week or two.

OK guys, we got our requested camp sites. 905 / 906 / 907. and we will have a marque and hopefully the Vic MR2 club banner.

We will have to meet up at some stage. The flag marshal rep stated they are short of volenteers for the race. Chances are you wilk be hanging off some flag point .

OKour tickets arrived yesterday. so we are just waiting for the camping confirmation to come. have requested 905 / 906 / 907, but we will see what we get.

3 of us are definite to come up this year. all of us are Victoria club members.

we will be traveling up on the Friday and back to Melbourne on the Monday. I am hoping to book just prior to the new year so we get camp sites together.

Steve, unfortunately I will not be able attend this year, but I believe that at least 3 other people are coming from the Vic MR2 Club at this stage.
I am not sure if they are on the forum, but I will certainly tell them to check out your post.

With the Bathurst 12hr turning into the biggest endurance race in Australia, its a great opportunity for like minded sports car fans to meet and greet.
In case people are unaware, if we have more than 6 MR2's enter as a club event, we receive various benifits. The parade lap on the Saturday is what catches my eye.
I tried to put something together without much success a few years ago, but decided to put it out there again to see if there are enough people interested in meeting up for the 2013 race.
I do go there every year with accomodation organised and few of the Victorian owners also make the effort to come up, so there is potential to build on this, boost the numbers and take advantage of the Club benifits on offer.
