Looks like a busy day at the creek!
Looked like you need to have the car checked out before you take it out next asimovy. Looked like it could have damaged or bent something you havent noticed yet. Nice driving too. You have a great smooth style with turn in and mid corner. Its not all over the place, just place it in the right spot and roll out the corner. Well done mate.
Admin, sad to see you had a set back. at least it was at practice and not at MTC. Hopefully you will be ready for the trackday. I can souce a cylinder head from one of the forum members if you need one to get over the line. Good luck in any case.

Brake fluid boiled and/or the pads were not bedded in properly yet.

I shoul have bled the brakes before this track day, I also should have been more cautious & I probably could have saved it if I didn't panic so much but having 1/10th of the normal braking force at 150kph is scary as hell!

All good in the end though, just a couple of chips of paint missing and no other damage. Got back out there and was a lot more careful, just fanged it down the straight and drove like a grandma everywhere else so the brakes could cool down.

It was great to meet you. Bad luck about the crash. Could have been worse.
I came looking for you later on though you muct have already left. Sorry I wasn't more sociable - I spent most of the day trying to work out what was wrong with the car. **** happens....

Eastern Creek/ARDC hold a private practice day every month at EC.
Admin and myself will be there for the day. Hope to see some people interested in driving their car, taking photo's, come to say hello, have a coffee or help out with the cars join us for the day
