I'm leaving Japan (Osaka) tonight.... so i'll be home for this!!
and I haven't driven a MR2 (or any car) in 5 weeks...... :'(

Okay guys I'm going to set myself a little deadline here, I may actually finish this car if I do that.

Here's a draft, I suggest we do it a little earlier now that it's warmer and also so that we get a bit of quiet road to ourselves.

Saturday 10th November Meet

Meeting point: Big W carpark, Goodwood Road, Cumberland Park.

Time: 8:30 AM for 9:00 AM departure.

I propose a rather simple run of Windy Point -> Freeway -> Eagle on the Hill -> Stirling for coffee
From there those that wish to go north can do so and those who wish to go south can do likewise. There are some nice roads in either direction. And for me personally it will mean that I'm never too far from recovery incase I have a problem with this fresh motor, assuming I do put it back in the car!

(I'll be pulling my gearbox out tomorrow afternoon/night to change the release bearing if anyone wanted to help. I'm down near Hallett Cove though)
