Check out Lithia Toyota.
I recently got a master cyl repair kit from them for about $35, and the slave kit for about $12.
And I would guess that Road and Track would also have them.

Should cost around $80 new and about $100 to fit,

Where did you get one? I need a 92 n/a one - how much are they worth? And how much labour should be charge for replacement?
