The actual rear cables are interchangeable left to right.
Note that Toyota have different part numbers because they come with a left or right hand bracket (that you wont need anyway)

Twos'rus sell them new BTW.

I've just snapped on of my cables. Don't know which yet until I get under the car but if anyone has a complete set available in good order I'd be interested to hear from you. Once I find out which cable has gone I'll post a more specific request.
