Something as in staying in Victor Graham? ...you're welcome to organise it, but as far as I know nothing has been booked, so I might need to adjust this thread very soon.
I would have liked to put my hand up to take over from Alex, but I've had too much other stuff going on.

how dare they send you on deployment beagle_senior!
I'm interested in over-nighting, have to check to see If I'm standby that weekend, that could be a show stopper for me.

Due to unforseen circumstances with my job, by the looks of things I and going away for 4-6 weeks as of this wednesday, found out today, so wont be able to organise the rest of this meet you us.

Can someone please put their hand up and take charge of this meet, and hopefully I can be home for the October one, sorry guys.

I'm keen on overnighting it, but i won't be able to make it until quite late on the Saturday.

We were discussing a share house for the night, which could make it close to $30-$50 per person.... have a look at the other topic for more info.

Me & my wife are up for this also... just have to organise a sitter.
What are the intentions regarding accomodation? One big house, cabins, motel / hotel?? What ever is the cheapest I suppose.
