Might be better to just get a brand new ashtray mate, 2nd hand ones are hard to find or people shotgun them real quick. 2nd hand not the greatest condition either. It's a bit dear but new ashtray was one of my best restore mods lol

hey all..
attempting to remove the cheap and ugly, broken dvd player unit that was put in the car before i got the car to just a normal cd player head deck. so im after the trim insert that goes around a normal cd player.. can't seem to find one around, probably based on the fact im not even sure what to call it other then cd player trim thingy haha.. ive seen it in some pictures on interior photos, has a small storage tray as well or something like that..

also after an ash tray with lid and a hand brake lever (just the handle lever part) it appears someone has tried to cut off the rubber and failed to put a sleeve over it >_>

After a passenger side engine bay panel.
And some second hand lowered Springs about 1 - 1.5" front and back.

yeah that was the only reason for the 3 piece so i didnt need to worry about welding up the holes from the ****y wing that was on it and re spraying the boot and side guards.. was just gonna seal them and the 3 piece would cover the holes

I have the three piece rear wing, probably have a set of fog lights as well. I'm 1 hr south of Sydney.

Why don't you go a later model one piece wing and close the holes up on the outer part of the car.

yeah i got it all sorted thanks guys.. much better now with the new lenses and bulbs..

currently just after the spoiler, antenna, heat shield, rear strut brace and a pair of clear driving/fog lights.. most likely more parts as i discover other things missing on the car.. people and pulling stuff apart and not putting them back together correctly or at all ugh

Hey all, so me being ignorant went and bought new bulbs for the headlights and then found out they are the old dodgy sealed lamps..
does anyone have some headlights for the H4 bulbs.
also is there anything you have to change like wiring wise when swapping out the sealed for the H4 ones.

No.
The modern H4 globes will just plug straight in.

BTW, old sealed units are too far gone by now anyway and not really worth putting in.

If you haven't already bought new lens/reflector assemblies, I would advise avoiding cheap eBay plastic ones (they can melt) and get a good brand name ones like Hella, Narva, etc, but buy them locally (Australia) for right hand drive cars.
Any good modern globes should work well, and the combination should give you a stunning improvement over your old sealed beams.

the selaed beam headlights are a direct swap afaik.
i have a pair for sale

but im in melbourne so you would ahve to pay for postage.

alternatively i can seperate the lense for you but would have to work out a price for that.

and i think the 180sx, rx7 and all pop ups are the same but you will need to double check that for sure.

hey all..
side parker light, radiator, coolant bottle done.

still after an antenna and heat shield for the 3gse.

Also after a rear strut brace aftermarket or stock.

Hi Dylon,
Regarding the Passenger side parker light, I think I have one, not sure exactly which side it is though. I will check and let you know. I had the same problem, one corner piece was lost from one of the sides.

Dylon i am pretty sure i have a radiator out of a SW20 turbo it will bolt
straight in from memory
