Thanks for the tips fellas, I'm gonna see my auto elec tomorrow morning. He's got some device that could tell whether it's a problem at the front (cluster) or back (wiring). I hate pulling out the cluster lol but whatever will and must be done :/

The tacho should be electrically driven though, so its weird they both wouldn't work. Pull out the cluster and hopefully you can see something obvious.

If it's a 1990 the cluster could be mechanically driven (cable). Take the cluster gauge out and see if the cable is connected to it. It should connect roughly in the centre. Be careful though as the cable is not very long and will not pull all the way out with the cluster.

I have just acquired a 1990 JDM G limited SDUD and speedo and Tacho no working. Has anyone got so advice.
