Not bad seeing local importers were going to charge me $250, Plus the chance of finding a second hand one is near impossible.I just took off my cooler and my rear strut nuts and fitted the cusco strut brace and tightened it all up, put cooler back on and took some very happy snap shots for you to see.

RE: AW11-S/C Finally CUSCO S/B arrived, Pics added (MR2-GZE)

Hey Thanx Shiv :)

I finally got the car back from the spray painters after a week in lymbo. They went over the whole thing. Front and rear bumpers painted and clear coated.New pin stripes. Fixed all panel damage. Front spoiler resprayed and side skirt which was fixed too. All shopping dents taken out and whole drivers side re-done.they also painted the eyelids and the bonnet to i think, plus polished and buffed to a high sheen :) car looks like new.Very happy with the work. i payed grand in cash. As well i got a new 3-point self arming imobiliser with the added wind-up window mechanism fitted. Didnt want the hassel of a siren or the back up siren. The 3-point was a Rhino because of the faltless remotes and the auto wind up feature of a Mongoose. Can add a turbo timer if needed HAA HAAA lmao.

Next on the list saving for some Konig Rewinds, as i have just bought our first home , so the wife would kill me if i came sporting home with new wheels.LOL seriously!

here are some old pics of the Damage >

RE: AW11-S/C Finally CUSCO S/B arrived, Pics added (KrAzE)

Pete's at work at the moment so he can't post up pics, but he just sent me these via MMS..

I'll let him explain the changes in detail:

Looks awesome Peter!!
RE: AW11-S/C Finally CUSCO S/B arrived, Pics added (wasfishing)

that seem exspensive compared with what i had done, rear 1/4 panel cut and a new panel welded in and painted, sideskirts painted and mirror painted all for $800.

RE: AW11-S/C Finally CUSCO S/B arrived, Pics added (MR2-GZE)

Anyway i'll see how kind the tax man is to me. My family friend sais to me he can't and doesn't have time to fix my panel damage and respray everything that i would like [:u], so he pointed me in the direction of another long life friend who has a Paint & Panel shop on the Coast that is excellant at matching Metalic paint. I got a quote from another guy up near my work to just to see the differance in cost of quotes . Well first quote is $1700. And thats to spray my front spoiler and rear J skirt , spray front and rear two tone bumpers again , remove all dents in mumerous locations and fix the panel damage and damage where J skirt attaches, plus respray Drivers door where it has been buffed back to metal allmost. My Friends mate will do indenticle work for $1200 which im happy with.So the wheels might have to wait just a little longer.

RE: AW11-S/C Finally CUSCO S/B arrived, Pics added (RdS)

1250 for a set WITH tyres?! goddamn thats good! :)
wheels are easy to change back and forth... ive got a couple sets i change around just for fun. i drive around with my teardrops every once in a while.. but when i feel like a wannabe racer, i chuck on my set of black watanabe's (veeeery simmilar to the rewinds) and matt black SC engine lid!
