Hi,

Can't make the mid-week get-togethers. Met a few of the guys & girls at Terrigal last weekend. I guess I'll keep an eye on the forum for when the weekend things are happening.

Welcome, didn't think we'd get many new people from NSW.

Club has events about once a month, and we get together to talk about our cars every 2nd Wednesday of the month. Look forward to seeing you at either.

My Plans: Plan each week as it happens. Plans often change without asking me.................. lol............. Not where I thought I would be, so just enjoy the journey without stressing about plans not working out.
About me: Always loved the MR2, dreamt about having one ........... years ago. Never thought I'd be in a position to buy one. Then one day a few months ago, driving my sensible Huyndai Elantra, that all changed. I wrote it off, thankfully no injuries to anyone. This little beauty popped up on carsales within my price range. Rarely have anyone else in the car, so............... long Story short. less than 2 weeks later I was driving my dream car. It's even the same colour as the pic I had on my wall years ago.

I drive: Recently converted SW20 Black Turbo (TOYRICER)
My Plans: Have kids LOL (wait.....[88][88]) I mean for the Car, hoping to get past 200rw killer bees and some driver training.
About me: Recently from Mexico (Melbourne), kinda of regret not doing the conversion myself but enjoying driving it apart from the bumpy roads. Just bought a place to live so some major mods are on hold for a while.[8~2][8~2]
Major thanks to all the guys here who have put up with my whinging, questions, and plain stupidity sometimes in helping me get the 2 on the road and pointing me in the right directions for help.

Dont know if I will make wednesday night but keen to get the club up and running again and do what I can. Cant see why it cant be taken over as since the nationals no ones done anything constructive in the club.I thought it was well run till then even though there were some personality clashes with some people in the club and on the forum.

Basically if you want to get involved make sure you attend the monthly meet on Wednesday night.

I am quite disappointed about the whole situation actually as I have tried to get something going to no avail. It is now up to the current committee or what is left of them to get together to see if the club is going to continue in its present form.

If there is a desire to revive the NSW Branch of the club I can offer assistance, in particular I can build, host and maintain a new website if required.
