I've found that most performance mechanics will take on aw11's, especially if you provide the oem parts. I had my timing belt/head gasket done at Driven Motorsport Salisbury without issue.

I'm now over the other side of town and use R&D at Seaford for services. They seem pretty knowledgeable, and even have a 4age sitting in the waiting room.

I have toyota skills. Rebuilt and restored many Mr2s. I unterstand wiring, ecu to mechanical.

Hello all
I'm looking for an MR2 mechanic / service place that handles MR2 AW11 etc. for large repairs. Adelaide metro area.
My present mechanic in Woodville is semi-retired and is no longer taking on large jobs. I'm looking to having a head gasket done and timing belt at the same time.
If you are an MR2 owner, earlier model, and have a decent mechanic then I would be most happy to get your recommendation.
