I used eBay ball joints, so far they have been fine.

When I was doing the suspension I had to remove the front underbody cover and noticed that the steering boots are split. I have bought new steering boots and inner rack ends but have yet to find somewhere that sells the tie rod ends for a Rev 1 without power steering, let me know if you have any luck with the tie rod ends.

Hi all,

Looking for recommendations and personal experiences with different ball joints and tie rods.

Currently looking at replacing all 4 lower ball joints and the front tie rod ends, though this may change depending on budget.

I know OEM is best but the dealer was asking $650+ for everything, and amayama was looking like around $450, both being affected by COVID-19 freight delays.

I was wondering if anyone had used aftermarket joints and rod ends with success, or knew of any local suppliers that may be faster/slightly more affordable.
