Single DIN stereo in Double DIN MR2 (mk1) cavity (rynex)

Hey all, looking at GPS and Bluetooth in the MR2 and would rather go something single din than double din as the larger ones tend to look pretty gaudy.

However the car currently has a factory double din stereo in it and im struggling to find any videos where someone has the double din dash apart.

Anyone who has any experience know if the double din can easily take two single din items?

Will I need a bracket?

Also what wiring harness works with the AW11?
