It came from a ST204 Celica, so somewhere between 1994 and 1999. It may not have originally come from the car it was in recently, so I am hesitant to give you the exact year of the car.

It actually looks like an earlier revision, doesn’t have the larger weight on selector shaft and the later revision has a removable cover on rear of selector mechanism from the ones I have had

Sorry mate I'm not sure. The car has a 3sgte conversion so the box may not be the original from the car.

Good condition. I have tested this by driving the car around the block, and all synchros seem to be OK.
