Ignition Cable difference (MR2 Vs ST205) (P E T E)

So my igniter cable got jammed in the distributor housing because of mild corrosion. When pulling it out, the ignition cable pin broke so I'm looking at a replacement cable.

I've noticed that the MR2 and the ST205 (Both Gen III 3SGTE's) have what I would have thought the same cable, but wildly different prices:

19590-74170 – (MR2) $14.8
19590-74220 – (ST205) $41

Can someone confirm that I should be able to use the MR2 lead? Keep in mind I have a ST205 Engine swap with a ST205 igniter in my MR2.
