Flip the speaker covers off with a small flat blade screw driver, run the screwdriver shaft over your finger so you don't put pressure on the dash. You'll see 2 screws holding the speaker in and right in the corner is a screw holding dash in place, same on both side. Also is the 10mm bolts holding the lower frame on both sides (once lower dash panels have been removed) and by memory behind where the glove box sits and behind where the cluster was is screws to be removed.
It has been a while. Will be pulling one in a few weeks for a mate, so that will be a good refresher.. haha
Re: *please help* AW11 Dashboard removal (feral4mr2)

hi mate. i've got a labeled pictorial i did for a mate years ago. i'll see if i can find it.
*please help* AW11 Dashboard removal (msukkarieh)

hey guys so im pulling off my dashboard and i cant seem to figure out why it doesnt want to come off. i thought im better off asking then trying something thatll damage my dashboard. ive taken off the obvious screws and even removed the radio plastoc housing to get to the other screws for the dashboard. and ive removed all the other obvious ones. are there any tricks? i have a feeling theres some scews hiding behind the speaker cover but im not sure whether i pop out the cover first or?
thanks in advance
