I have 2 MR2s - I need to sell one, but don't want to sell either - I cant make up my mind which one - so I will let the market decide.
First up is an Australian Delivered clean rust free 87 AW11
I have had this car a little over 5 years and I have done a lot of work restoring and modifying in that time.
The car is currently set up N/A but is built for boost and will come with a turbo set up ready to bolt on as per the pictures.
Bare metal repaint
New Koni Struts/RSR springs
Prothane bushes everwhere
Rack rebuild with all new Genuine parts
E58 LSD Trans/400hp custom clutch
Rebuilt Smallport GZE, 264 Cams Fidanza cam gears (with reciepts)
Hurricane Headers
Haltech Platinum Sport/750cc Bosch Xspurt injectors/Yaris Coil Packs
15x7 LorBer wheels/195/50 Potenzas
Sideskirt removal
New brakes with QFM A1RM pads
Interior is pretty good Dash has no cracks and the seats are nice - console is a bit ordinary
It is a very clean car and all modifications are bolt on and reversible
I also have a stash of hard to find parts that will come with the car including
HKS Turbo set up with W2A intercooler and front mount heat exchanger with a spare bonnet with scoop[ (see pic)
Manon Race Products Flywheel and Tilton clutch (needs discs)
As new Ground Control coil over set up
Good spare C52 Gearbox/shafts
Good spare bumpers and reinforcements
15x6.5 -25 Work MCO Racing (white wheels in pics)
Supercharger engine lid
Asking $11,000 but negotiable if you don't want all the extra kit.
Secondly a sweet unmolested, bog stock 95 Model SW20 Bathurst.
I recently bought it from the 2nd owner who bought it in 1996 with 5,000km
It is a genuine little old ladies car that has been kept immaculately its entire 180,000 km life. Every service has been done and every expense is documented down to receipts for wiper rubbers.
Actually it is not quite bog stock - It was fitted with expensive aftermarket full grain leather at delivery (receipts in the books) that is in fantastic shape and has held up better than any factory leather I have seen.
It drives beautifully - the body is tight with no rattles and the ride is super comfy on the stock suspension and tyre size
All documentation/tools/roof panel bags are included
Its not perfect
The rear bar has cracked paint and need to be redone
Front bar is slightly faded and could also use a paint
Some scuffs on the front lip
Steering wheel has some wear
A few marks on the wheels.
Asking $14,000 with the bumpers painted - pretty firm
I bought the SW to keep in mint condition with the plan to sell the AW problem is they are both awesome and I cant decide which one to keep. So whichever sells first I will keep the other.
Yes the price are on the high side but the work done on the AW would cost you more than double what I am asking and the SW is a real rarity in this condition.
