I can't seem to find anything about this online, from what it seems only GT and Bathurst models where sold on the Australian market. Is this correct?

The GT and Bathurst specs came out in 94, I recall at the time that GT's were $62,000, Bathursts were over 45k (I think on that one, definite price on the GT) and I'm sure that you could still buy a model that was neither GT or Bathurst but some the other guys have argued me on that point before.

Before then - rev2 and prior land they were just 'MR2's' from memory.

'Proper' GT's (turbos) were never offered in Australia. Every single SW sold in Australia by Toyota was a t-top.

Correct. As far as I'm aware. Rest were all import models (G, G-Limited, GT & GTS)
