Any chance of getting something similar going for the dash vents?

Also, I have a couple of Auto pieces that I want to get 3d scanned for fear of breaking them and never finding replacements, is this something you could do?

If your printing these out of ABS, I recommend giving them an acetone vapour bath to seal the layers better. It will help prevent future layer separation from heat cycles (Hot summer days and cold winters with the heater on)

Can you please confirm that a complete repair kit is both the Full Centre and Driver/Pass repair kit?

Yes, a complete repair kit contains enough parts to rebuild all the air vents (2x center and driver/passenger)
