I have had a 3sgte honing torque plate made. It's for hire $150.00 per job plus shipping and return shipping. These cost $600 in the US. If you want the perfect piston and cylinder seal you need this Honing Torque plate.

Finally work out how to install Sard 63507 800cc fuel injectors into Gen II fuel rail which is bore out to 8 to 10mm, have to cut the yellow bit off and add the alloy sleeve, then change o-rings around. Then take the thick o-ring one off the 430cc and put it on the new injectors. All done, happy now. Money Save! Had these sitting in shed for a few years.

Have you spoken to Rhemac in Gawler. Many years ago I found them to be very good with engine machine work.
Prepared to bore and hone to my specs to give the clearances I required. Most of those blokes would be dead by now but they may have taught the new generation. They would possibly have a 3S. torque plate.
