Coilovers - In regards to the Tein's. They are pretty old and don't even know which model they are so still most likely will go down the route of new coilovers. But worthwhile keeping in mind.

Caster rods - I don't know which version I have. To be honest I still am not quite sure what they are! Tie rod ends - have just ordered the following Hardrace RC Tie rod ends... Wasn't aware that these wouldn't be legal.

You don't state if it has the early adjustable caster rods or the later type. If early ones they are available from super pro. and probably other suppliers too. Nothing wrong with OEM tie rod ends. Plenty of adjustment in them and if it's on the road then it's legal.

Dalai,
If car is already fitted with Tein coilovers why don't you have them reconditioned. Tein's can be reconditioned and/or upgraded. I know that Fulcrum Suspensions offer this service. It will be cheaper than replacing them, you won't have to pay for complete removal of the current suspension and installation of new coil overs.

Also struggling to find Front poly Caster Rod bushes - maybe called something else?

All suggestions would be extremely appreciated as I want to get the car rolling!

@Eric which version of the BC BR coilover do you recommend? C-12-RA or C-12-RH? As the car will also be driven on the road, I think I'd avoid the C-12-MH as it says race only.

@Carmikey - that is what I have seen suggest fitting and am hoping will work for me. Just concerned as there are 10mm spacers on all corners with my fronts just clearing the coilovers at 17*7 +45.

@Eric - appreciate the feedback about the HSD's. Will steer clear and look at the BC's.

I would pass on the HSD coilovers and buy BC BR coilovers.

The HSD's wore out quickly and developed a knock. they were also very bouncy.

The BC's are firm but comfortable

I went to a suspension guy here on the weekend to look over my recently purchased 92 JDM Hardtop turbo in preparation for getting it onto the track and was given a shopping list. I am after suggestions of alternatives, where to buy or purchase if you have what I am after.
1. The old Tein coilovers are shot. Was recommended both Shockworks for a local option but have also read a little about HSD Monopro coilovers. Primary set up for track / hill climbs but also w/e spirited drives in the hills. Not a daily driver.
2. Tie Rod ends (buy adjustable?)
3. Wheel bearings (prefer NSK or equivalent)
4. Rear braided brake lines (Goodridge)
5. Front poly Castor Rod bushes (Nolathane or Superpro)
6. Brakepads for fronts - Wilwood (need to confirm but think they are Dyna Pro). Have been suggested to buy Dixcel or Project Mu - temp range from zero degrees +

Once the suspension is sorted, will be looking at wheels. I have narrowed my preference to Enkei RPF1's 17*8 +35 and 17*9 +35, but will need to measure to see if they will fit once the new coil overs are fitted.
