Although the early airbox should work OK, the Gen 2 connecting hose from the airbox to the throttle body may be very difficult to squeeze on to the larger diameter Gen 3 throttle body.

Hi guys,

Are there any big differences between the Gen 2 and Gen 3 airboxes? Looking at the schematics, the airbox lids seem to be a slightly different shape and there is little variance in the air cleaner hose.

Can a Gen 2 intake be used on a Gen 3 motor?
