Sun visor rattle (IMR22C)

G'day, does anyone know how to eliminate the sun visor rattle that's occurring at the clip end?
I know some electrical tape around it will work but I'm after something less ratty and more permanent.

I drove the car for the first time in months and that rattle drove me bonkers.
