I have no experience with the US EBay ones you posted.

However if you were looking for these locally, something useful to know is that ADM SW20's came with DRIVING lights, not fog lights, and they have a long narrow beam.
The focus of these is different from the ones out of Asia that are mostly FOG lights that have a low wide beam. Hard to tell the difference just by looking at them.

Has anyone bought aftermarket fog lights from ebay before? I found some from the US and they are quite cheap (except the shipping cost), these are the ones I'm referring to:
