1991 Toyota Mr2 – Australian Delivered and now eligible for club plates!

238xxx km

Car is in original condition, and well cared for and maintained. I am the second owner. This Mr2 was originally owned by one of the founders of the NSW Mr2 car club, so you may recognise it! Serviced by reputable Mr2 specialist (you’d know him if you have done track days at Wakefield). Receipts and history available.

The body is in very good condition. Yes, it is red and needs the love a 25 year old red car needs. There is wear on the driver’s side bolster (from 25 years of getting in and out of the car) and rubbing on the glove box (not the dash). These were there when I purchased the car around 5 years ago. Otherwise, the interior is in great, clean and original condition.

Changes from original - 15 inch alloy rims (instead of 14’s), sports exhaust, Koni adjustable shocks. All mods were done by the original owner. Parrot Asteroid stereo (android powered), has GPS but not currently connected. This is easy to connect with supplied USB cable.

This is a very clean and honest car for the age. It drives very well, great on corners and comfortable on long highway drives.
AC has not been gassed for over 4 years. There is an issue somewhere and AC is only cold for a few days. I have not looked into it. This was a carry-over from when I purchased the car.

The Targa does not leak. There is evidence of slight water entry on the RHS Targa cover, but in the time I have owned the vehicle I have had no leaks - even in heavy rain.
