Suggest you give us your location, picture of your engine bay and a picture of old ECU with the part number (if it isn't working).

No airflow meter in a gen3 3sgte. Just a MAT sensor in the inlet manifold and IAT sensor in the airbox/Pod pipe along with all the other sensors etc.
