I personally steered away from the crash bolts - Yes they are cheaper, but they can move around if not torqued correctly, or hitting bumps on the road.

The whiteline ones have a lobe, so you can get perfect camber and shouldn't move around if you hit bumps in the road.

For memory I got the 15mm for my 1992+ vehicle.

Nik_Lee, i thought smaller diameter would mean more camber for the Toyota ones? and perhaps the whiteline ones are designed differently. I might try contact them to see which would suit best (out of the 12 and 15mm) just to make sure..

Ideally i'd go with whiteline so i can have more camber, -1.5 at most according to their page.

Reddtarga, I went with 225 50 16 RE003 in the end for the rears, and they were too fat..so I've purchased a pair of KU31 in 225 45 16 to match 45 profile on front.

Will just have to try sell off my rears haha :(

I was of the assumption that 91 onward MR2's required a 15mm camber bolt?
The only reason I ask is because Whiteline advertise a 12mm bolt for pre 91 model cars and 15mm bolt for post 91 model cars.

The genuine Toyota camber bolts are cheap.
You may only need one in the top each side.

3 sizes available apart from stock. The max adjustment is from the ones with 3 dots on the bolt head.

90105-15005 - two dots
90105-15006 - three dots

Just get the whiteline camber bolts....reasonably cheap off ebay.

Hey all,

Just wondering if anyone might have any recommendations/experiences for/with rear camber bolts for an SW20?

Need to dial in some negative camber on the back so that my tyres don't risk fouling my guards. (low offset rims).

Running BC BR Golds at the moment, but rears don't have camber tops.

Located in Sydney if that helps!

And also any recommendations for good alignment shops ? (near north shore preferred, but not too fussed)

Only know of heasmanns at the moment!
