Engine Error Codes (attycuz)

Hey All,

I just pulled the error codes on my car - only 5 haha

14 - Ignition Signal
21 - oxygen sensor signal
24 - intake air temp sensor signal
51 - switch condition
52 - knock sensor

The question is, I have a piggyback stinger ecu which is in need of a tune would any of this be making a difference or do I need to start replacing parts?
