I have a 2nd hand set of sportivo pedals for sale if interested, even comes with a Lexus footrest that can be modified to fit MR2

DB8 is a reliable seller too, so you have now worries there.

To fit the new pin accelerator pedal face, you'll also need a new mounting pin. It's called 'Pin, Slotted SP W041', Toyota part number 90254-04019. They're about $2 or less on Amayama.

Hey guys , has anyone dressed up the pedals on the SW20 ?
I had some old silver sports ones on the car when i got it ... fairly worn. ( only on the brake &clutch )
I just got some new Momo pedals and the brake & clutch fitted up fine but of course the accelerator is a plastic pedal on a steel rod.
No mounting plate at all.....
Other than taking it out and welding a mount plate to it , has anyone done anything else?
