T35 isn't too bad. You can have 6 different tints rated at T35 that all look diff/have more dark etc.

Just be careful, legal limit in most states if not corrected can be no less than 35% on any window. Unless it has factory tint like the rears on Nissan Stageas.

A bit weird he won't go any darker. Im in Sydney and was quoted $300 by http://www.tintmeup.com.au/ for the Mrs Territory...dark as I wanted.

Obviously its personal preference but 35% looks useless to me.

I went 5% at the back and 20% in the front.

I know this isn't exactly the key performance topic but I got a price today from a local mount Isa window tinter.

He has quoted me $380 but said it could be more depending on how difficult he finds the rear window.

I had the glass on my last MR2 tinted about 5 years ago and it cost me $265 with tint called 'Formula 1'. it was apparently good stuff.

What are prices at these days and how does this 35% tint look on our cars?... is it dark enough? as this guy is adamant he will not go any darker (and he's basically my only choice if i want to get it done in Mt Isa).
