Cheers in advance
Re: Workshop thread (mister2)

Ooops. Posted in wrong place. Now also reposted in correct place! <img src="https://www.classic-ford.org/mr2/mr2play/upfiles/smiley/s7.gif" alt="" data-smiley="" />

For anyone looking for a workshop on Sydney's north side that's well experienced with MR2's, I can highly recommend: The Garage on Gibbes, Unit 1, 175 Lower Gibbes St. Chatswood, NSW 2067.
Contact: Sandy Biviano. (02) 9417 5111 and/or 0416 025526.

Sandy and his guys –formerly working from the workshop at BP Castle Cove– did my first BEAMS-into-a-Bathurst swap several years back (and the subsequent installation of my second Redtop last year), and have had their spanners on virtually every nut and bolt in my car at some point. They've worked on many SW20s other than mine too – and still do.
Straight shooters. Low BS. Reasonable charges. Good guys.

For laser wheel alignments, track/race suspension setup, and anything like that (in Sydney), I also give a thumbs up for: Road and Race Performance, 11 Mary Parade, Rydalmere NSW 2116.
Contact: Peter Hennessy (02) 9684 2826
Re: Workshop thread (Admin)

Done!
http://www.mr2australia.com/mr2play/tt.aspx?forumid=129
Re: Workshop thread (Admin)

Done!
http://www.mr2australia.com/mr2play/tt.aspx?forumid=129
Workshop thread (Treay81)

Hi,

Just wondering if there is any chance we could start a thread that can be a sticky and allow members to submit workshops / Mechanics or bodyshops etc that they have experienced good results from. Workshops that have experience dealing with MR2's etc.

Clearly this would be a thread that only offers factual experiences and not be a voting poll for opinions etc.
It could be a handy tool for people looking to plan work in and even more helpful for people who find themselves broken down away from home. Its difficult to find people who have experience with our cars.

Food for thought.

Cheers.
