Tried to find out who owned the car as i had my Sw20 there, and there where no other mr2's around. Even got a photo of it lol. Pretty car.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br/&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br/&gt;What's the plans for the red one?&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Oh yeah, those weekly wetherill park meets were fun while they lasted.. too many idiots attending though.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br&gt;The new car will basically pick up where this one left off. Not sure if it was written off or if it was a dodgy import, but either way... if the RMS finds out the car gets crushed.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I made the decision to part out the car and scrap the shell.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;img src="http://imgur.com/6DghTap.jpg" /&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;img src="http://imgur.com/M3gSARf.jpg" /&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;img src="http://imgur.com/epkvvXv.jpg" /&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br/&gt;Please take comfort in the fact that the death of this car has resulted in keeping many other australian aw11's on the road!&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;img src="http://imgur.com/5zK9aqG.jpg" /&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br/&gt;I owned this car for about 4 years and I am really sad to see it go. But further digging indicated it was a test mule and a bitser. Might explain why a 1987 car has 1989 electrics on it too. Looks like someone was desperate to road register an 89 car which came through the back door. Even though the interior looks like blue overspray from 8E3, the build plate says colour code 040, which is Super White.&lt;br/&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br/&gt;So there ya go.
