Yep, practise days are free to spectate at.
I'd strongly recommend you check it out. Gates open at 8, but the driving doesn't usually start til ~9:30ish, and goes through til 4

Can anybody just come out an watch? My son just bought an MR2 (L-plater) and thought he might like to go for a drive to come and look.

Jason's the guy who runs it, it's a bit more expensive than the practise days, but it's a private day with proper timing gear, passnger runs, etc.

I'm hoping to make it to the early April one with a few mates who'll be staying for the whole day for drift prac at night as well, but Will probably make the money happen to get to the late April one too if you guys will be there!

Steve, there's a private day help twice a year by a guy I know if you're interested. First one's in May (the 2nd, I think it is). Has good groupings depending on expected lap times and proper timing gear, as well as passenger runs if you're interested. I'll hopefully be attending that one as well, but with my W2A setup done.

Thankyou for the offer. I will certainly take it up as long as timing permits. At this stage, I see the car being ready in late March. As soon as there a defined timeline, I will let you know.

As you know, I will be giving my car its first test with the new package when it is 'run-in' at MTQ. It will not make the 19th but later in the month it should be ready. If its ready before the April practice, do you have a list of events for March where we can book in for a drive?
The other option is to hire the track for the day, have 20 cars throw in 200 and enjoy the facility with a open pit lane.

Hi SA Guys, Thought I would post this up for anyone wanting to head out for a practise day this yr.

Entrance is $110 for the day + $25 for a day licence if u dont already have a cams licence. Gates open at 8am racing starts at 9. Normally get x 6 15min sessions in the day.
