You will need a late model (Gen 3 - 93+) gearbox to get a good number of bolts on.

You will need to tap and helicoil a few holes, remove some parts of the block etc etc.

Are you planning on doing the swap yourself or at a shop?

I'll be sure to give them a ring once i've saved up some cash lol do the 2GR-FE's require a different bell housing (i know its probably not called that but i cant think of it) to connect up to the E153?

I run an exedy 8 puk cushioned button clutch and I love it! best clutch - really easy to drive but very bitey

NPC Performance in Brisbane do awesome clutch packages.
Give them a call, advise the power/torque levels you need it to survive, the kind of pedal feel you like and they will build a custom clutch to suit your needs.

Price is quite reasonable too, the custom NPC clutch in my 1MZ SW20 was only around $550.

Hey in the near future im hoping to tackle a full 2GR conversion on my SW20 and im just wondering if anyone has a clutch kit they would recommend? and any advice for me regarding the swap would also be swell
