Is a dxf file of the profile kicking around? Mine has the same issue but I haven't had the chance to pull down my door as Im busy under the car doing the fuel pump.

If anyone has a damaged gear they can pass on in VIC, I'm happy to do the cad work and post the file as a torrent link here. This would get around the postage/tyranny of distance issue.
SteveB
power window gear (amature)

Hey,
Anyone got a good power window gear for an Aw11 for sale in perth? Teeth are stripped on mine. I can buy one from twosrus but they cost 20 us which is fine but 64 us for shipping :-( else if more people need them I can order more cos the shipping cost is the same. I believe the mk2 uses the same gear.
